Strategic Planning SWOT Analysis Meetings - Revised 5/9
KPS has launched a new strategic planning process. The strategic plan will identify the district’s goals and objectives for the next several years and establish strategies for achieving those goals and objectives.
KPS is hosting input sessions at every school to provide an opportunity for parents and employees to participate in what is known as a SWOT analysis. Attendees will be asked to share their thoughts on the district’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
The meetings are school specific, and participants are asked to attend the meetings at the schools where their students attend or where they work.
The remaining sessions are listed below. The community sessions are open to anyone.
