Spring Valley students and teachers are part of a community of learners. Full-day PEEP (Great Start Readiness Program for four year-olds) and kindergarten classrooms provide the youngest students with a strong educational foundation. In partnership with Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo, Spring Valley offers academic tutoring, social services and family support. The school focuses on the core content areas of reading, writing, math, science and social studies and offers various extended opportunities for students to explore the world in which they live. At Spring Valley, a strong commitment exists to help students become successful learners. The 21st Century After-School Program is available.
