Free meals for Kalamazoo Public School students will be provided at 23 sites beginning the first day of school. During the first week of school, meal packets will be available on Monday and Wednesday. After Labor Day the meal packs will be distributed Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each meal package provides breakfast and lunch for multiple days. 

No application or proof of income is required. Meal packages may be picked up at any of the 23 locations. Anyone can pick up a meal for a student but the student's name must be provided. The distribution hours are 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. with five sites offered extended hours until 1:30 p.m.

KPS has been providing Grab-and-Go meals since March, when schools were closed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
